"I thought my visit here was going to be terrible after I was told they couldn't fix my mobil order and wasn't able to refund me the money. Then this nice young man, told me to pull up to the window, as he was trying to explain before being cut off, he had already made my order before they ran out of chicken patties.. He apologized for the mix up and handed us our order. I was so impressed with his customer service, I had to ask his name, as I didn't see a name pin. He said his name is Jordan, just wanted to thank him. He turned around what started out to be a bad situation. Again Jordan I thank you very much."
"I just ordered a chicken pot pie, got home to eat it and it tasted moldy. Very very obvious taste of mold we have all had once or twice in our lives when we eat moldy bread by accident. Can’t get the taste of out my mouth and lost my appetite. So disgusting. I added a photo but it looks totally normal. I dug around looking for anything that could be mold and I don’t see anything except some speckles which may just be black pepper but I have never noticed black pepper in it before. It’s Just a very strong and very overwhelming taste of mold. And they closed just now so I can’t even go get my money back."
