"Zero stars is more deserving. The day before my class was to start, of which I had paid in full, Merrick called to say the class was cancelled. I really didn't want to wait the 4 weeks plus, before the next class, so Merrick offered to personally coach me thru my studies. I NEVER RECEIVED EVEN 20 MINUTES OF INSTRUCTION. I purchased 2 manuals to self study and ended up taking the exam 4 times, in order to pass. It was the most brutal experience. My confidence was so low, for my lack of instruction, and I ended up just letting my license expire. When I reached out to Merrick to ask if I could sit in on one of his actual classroom courses, he never responded. I texted multiple times, left vm's and emailed his office, all with no reply. How extremely unprofessional! There are many other choices for people looking for a license in Real Estate. Go somewhere else, where the leadership really does care more about the people vs. the money."

There's nightly homework and it's a ton of new info to cram into a short amount of time, but Merrick has such a positive attitude about your personal success and real estate overall that you can't help but work hard and be excited too. We both passed our state exam on the first try. That alone makes this school the right choice."
