"I used to love ordering lunch from the spot. However, when I call, I’m treated incredibly poorly. I made the mistake of asking for a cheeseburger once and my goodness would you have thought that I committed a cardinal crime. I was made to feel like a stupid American, because I had the audacity to ask for cheeseburger or a BLT. If you go to the website, the menus aren’t exactly clear. The food is good and it is fresh, but the treatment of the customers of the location leaves much to be desired. I will not be returning. I can only imagine the number of people who avoid this place simply because they don’t want to be yelled at or have the menu screamed at them."
"Showed up at 2:20, we were told they close at 3:30 yet all the chairs were already on the tables and everything was closed down. Girl at the front seemed very inconvenienced so we left and went to La Vie instead. Glad we did, the food at La Vie was outstanding. We'll never try Buenisimo Cafe again, mostly because of the poor service since we never got to try the food an hour before they "closed"."
