Taco Bell

"This is the third time I have gone to this Taco Bell and they have gotten the order wrong. It is very disappointing to spend money on food and not be able to eat it on multiple occasions because they can’t get a simple order right. Even when I am very clear and repeat myself to make sure that they understand. This time I went back so that they can correct my order and they kept trying to argue back with me saying they gave me certain items when I never did, trying to make it seem like I was just trying to get free food even though I literally gave them the bag with the wrong order. Which then the person who made the food, tried to argue again that they made the food and they did put all my items in there. I continued to tell them, and show they recipts that I did not get what I ordered. On top of that I was not the only person who had came back because their order got messed up, there was multiple people who came back after me too. This Taco Bell need to do better, especially if someone specifically request something because they can end up getting someone seriously sick."

"They act like their grandmothers make the hot sauce. You can ask for it but sometimes you get one or two and sometimes you don’t. When I ask for packets just give me my packets. They don’t come out of your paychecks. They don’t inventory it. Give me what I ask for. I’m not selling it on the side. I like it the food I pay you for."

"If you have an hour lunch break and plan on waiting a half hour for your food this place is for you. They have the kiosk for you to order so that frees up one extra person to work the kitchen instead of the counter. But this only slows them down because it makes one more person to stand around in the kitchen and talk. I ordered and waited 25 minutes and got nothing! In 25 minutes one food order came out and it was messed up, the person who wanted to return their food waited 20 minutes to get their money back. This is a failure of a franchise!"

"Rude staff, I understand this Taco Bell is not the best of locations, but treat the people that come here with respect. Management needs to step in and train their staff properly. The new guy (it's his first day) was very polite and is trying his best at this job. I will give him some credit for being a bit more welcoming and friendly. He might be the only one working drive-through and the line making food while Tracy went to her car to talk on the phone."

"I’ve been to multiple Taco Bell’s across the United States and never met a more rude group of people in my lifetime. Asked for a key to the bathroom and it almost killed them to do so but bothers me most as we are waiting to put I a order and was told if we want anything use the self help computer to order. Wow what about the people that are not as educated as these clowns that are supposed to be getting paid to do That being said if you want to be treated like your a burden than this store is all you. Myself I will not give this place a chance to make me feel that way. It will be a cold day in hell if I ever come to this location EVER. THANKS FOR THE FOOD BUT ITS NOT WORTH IT I make better tacos than you so I think I’ll stay with it. 15$ down the drain"
