"The young man came to the register hunched his shoulders motioned with his hands as if a question. You have one job good afternoon may I take your order and collect money you failed miserably on both but your management wasn’t much better. Checkers you would make more money by not hiring grumpy people in a customer service based job. If I could post negative stars it’d be -4 stars"

"First I want to say we order our food in advanced. When we got there and went to the pickup side to pickup the guy said the lane is closed. He made us go back in the line and wait another 40 minutes mind you the vehicle in front of me went through the same pickup window and got his food. When we finally got to the window the person at the window was what is your name and I am showing him my order on my phone with order number. He still could not figure out the order. He was to busy checking his phone every five minutes. Finally the person cooking the chicken and fries came over and could repeat my order to me he said give me a few minutes and waited. 10 minutes later I got my food and they still forgot 2 items form my order. Basically ordered 4 cheeseburgers and chicken wings took about an hour. I am sorry but you are a fast food place. Very disappointed with the service at this location."

"This checkers has an automated ordering system when going through the drive thru. I've never had any issues ordering with it and it even answers questions I have about the menu and the deals they have. While it does get the job done, it does make the ordering process slightly longer than it normally would if I was ordering through a person. But from past experiences when ordering from here before they used this automated system. They could never hear my order and I could barely hear them through the voice box. So while it may seem like it would take a little longer to order your food. If you've ever ordered from there before they put this system in. It basically takes the same amount of time except now you can make your order without constantly repeating yourself and you can clearly hear the questions being asked. On another note, this checkers has always had a longer wait time than others after ordering your food. If you're in a hurry this is not the checkers you'd want to pull into. Especially if there's a big line."

"Ordered dinner around 7pm, Saturday 9/16/23. Threw my chicken sandwich straight into the trash. Some parts were so dark in color with some greyish gooey spot on one side. No way I was eating that. What's more is someone thought it okay to serve a piece of fried chicken that looked like that!"

"My review appears to be hidden and for the health and safety of others, people have right to know that there are very large rats moving in and out of the building. Look at the semi see-through glass bricks in the evening if you are there. You will see them crawl up and down. We saw at least four rats going in and out of the building. We do not reside in Florida. We were in the area for a hockey tournament. We paid for food we did not get and aren't trying to receive any reimbursement. The purpose of this review is to bring awareness to the public. I have attached a picture of where we saw the rats. I submitted a report to the health department from my phone. I plan to call and follow up to make sure I have reported it correctly and to the right health department."
