Pizza Hut

"This store do not believe in customer service. I have been waiting for and refund since 12/9/23. The store manager was supposed to contact me according to corporate, I also left and message with a manager who was just there for a day. I would never order from their again that was the 1st and last. You should atleast want to reach out to your customers. Bad business. I would never give pizza hut my business again, even their customer care department don't care they write on these review asking for information and still no one reaches out to you or responds back once you send them the information requested."

"I had ordered a pizza this evening and the order that was delivered wasn’t my order and it was someone else’s. I tried to call the store 5 times and nobody picked up the phone. I had to drive down to the store and the 2 guys in the store both were on their phones. The guy that I guess the manger said that my pizza just came out . By the time I got the pizza home it was cold and I wasn’t happy."

"The delivery was late. I got a text that it was delivered, but it was not delivered to me. When I contacted the delivery person, there was a language barrier so we texted. He told me I had given the wrong address. I had not. He then said the pizza would be there “soon” (it was not). When it did arrive, he left it on the porch in a driving rainstorm. I retrieved the pizza to find it cold, wet, and most annoying of all…the order was WRONG. First time ordering and probably the last. Be. Better."

"So I don't think I had issues before but ordered pizza and breadsticks... and well.. obviously someone there doesn't care about their service... breadsticks came with a, basically empty, marinara container. I'm guessing it was a joke? There was barely enough marinara for one bite. But that wasn't the bad part, this pizza was soggy and undercooked.. and again, someone must have thought they were funny because I'm pretty sure they used an entire container of vegetables and caked layers of vegetables and barely cook.. I ate a some of it and it was so nasty I decided to write this poor review. This order took 2 hours"

"I was looking forward to reliving my childhood when the idea of ordering Pizza Hut came to my mind. The anticipation was building as I was waiting for the pizza. As the time neared I hopped in my vehicle and headed to get my curbside pick up. Pulling up to the hut I immediately called to let them know I was there for my pick up. I was left on hold for about 10 minutes. I was starting to get frustrated that I was not being attended to so then I decided to go inside to ask for my pizza instead of hoping that my contact delivery would come through. I was able to retrieve the pizza upon request. Lackluster is a word that could be used. Disappointed is another term that I could use to describe the pizza that I brought home. Crushed childhood would be around the most accurate, however. The pizza was cold and it felt like it was day old pizza. The pizza was so below the mark that my family did not even finish the slices they served themselves. I felt super embarrassed that I talked this pizza up to my family and they didn’t like it that I decided to give a call to the store to see if they would be willing to resolve my pizza issue. I had to call Pizza Hut 5 different times before anyone would talk to me. The majority of the time the staff picked the phone up and then put it down on the desk so that there would be no one on hold. I don’t know why they would want the lines tied up, but I will leave some video of the hood wait time I had to experience before hearing back from someone. I would ask that quality assurance please check the recorded messages from my order date (12/12/22) at the time that I called so that they can see for themselves the wait time. Either way I do not believe that it’s appropriate for customers to be treated in this manner. I will not be returning to this location for pizza anytime soon. They might need some training or a new staff, but for me; this was not the Pizza Hut that I remembered and I have ended up extremely dissatisfied."
