"Terrible! Mrs. Cruz (the lady that is in over the criminal justice center) is very rude, incompetent and you can never get a hold of her. When I do finally get a hold of her I sign my daughter up to shadow Palace Park High School and I gave her all my daughter's information verify my email address and she said she was going to be sending me an email to confirm our appointment well a week past I never got the email I called her back 4 times no answer left messages no answer finally I emailed her and she said she hasn't gotten to it I asked her if she can verify the date that we are signed up for and she forwarded me the email with no response that she sent to the completely wrong person no explanation no nothing needless to say from her incompetent behavior I will not be sending my daughter to Pinellas Park High School!"
