"My pizza was to arrive at 6:49pm and the app said the delivery guy arrived at 6:51 but no one was on my street. I called and was placed on hold 4 times and the phone hung up. Pizza arrived at 7:20pm. No seal on my meal, wrong drinks and no sauce that I paid for with my order. Can’t get no one on the phone to resolve my complaints. I couldn’t add a second review but my order was an hour late again after it said it was here. Lynn the staff was so nice and took care of me. They left my pizza on the ground. I had ants crawling everywhere"

"I'VE NEVER BEEN THERE OR EVEN TASTED THEIR FARE! HOWEVER, I PLACED AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY TO SURPRISE A 90yr OLD ON HER BIRTHDAY WHICH THEY CARRIED OUT BEAUTUFULLY. SADLY, WILMA TOOK HER DOG FOR A WALK MISSING THE DELIVERY OF TREATS. I WAS TOLD BY SCOTT THEY'D CREDIT MY ACCOUNT. A WEEK LATER I CALLED AND AMANDA REMEMBERED ALL THE SPECIFICS WHICH WAS AMAZING WITH SO MANY ORDERS AND HANDLED IT ALL FOR ME. THIS IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! "I went here a couple of weeks ago. I had my granddaughter with me, and she was sleeping. So i ordered online. I dont have a credit card, so i wanted to pay cash, which they have that option, where as other fast food restaurants dont. I placed the order and called the restaurant, explained to the man why I couldn't or didnt want to come to come in, and asked him if he would mine bringing it out with change for a $20. He was kind enough to do this. I didn't get his name. But the food was hot and tasted great. He was very kind to do this, even though im sure he wasn't supposed to, and i hope he doesn't get in trouble, but it was curbside. My granddaughter started crying right as he was bringing the food, so focusing on her, i forgot to leave him a tip. I went back a couple of days ago and requested the same thing to have it brought out to me with the change for $20, but was gonna give him the tip for both times for being nice. Baby is 6 months old. It's just hard to take her out of the car seat just to run in for 2 minutes, and i dont want to turn the vehicle off to run in for 2 minutes and leave her in there. This trip. I parked and got a call from a woman employee and asked me if she understood what i was asking her to do. I explained it to her, and she said she would call me when it was ready and she would have the change ready for me. So i still had to go in even though i was parked in front of the door. So im guessing they are not supposed to do this, but if they have curbside service anyway, so whats the problem? Food was made right, women was polite but wouldn't bring food to me. So i guess curbside means you still have to go in if paying cash even though it says curbside. So i guess im not going there again. I understand it isn't their problem if i have a sleeping baby, but they have curbside service. Its 5-10 steps to where you park, not like some other places and dont accept cash for curbside. I go there because of the crust of the pizza. No other company does Pan Pizza like them in my opinion. I will just go to Nola's Pizza down the street from now on. Tgey are more expensive, but They will do it. There Pizza is great, aswome if you like New York style. Great people work there food is always good."

"Burnt breadsticks, uncut pizza, no sauce on pizza just straight cheese… what more can you ask from this restaurant? Food that I PAID for, is not consumable. Wish I got my money back. Such a waste to burn food like this."

"I loved my experience at this location, pizza was very fresh when I got it & also the cinnamon sticks, I really love the sweet dipping sauce that comes with it. I got the $10.00 box & I must admit I was very satisfied and not disappointed at all. In my fair opinion it can feed 2-3 people if that. Very good and close to home."
