"Food is good typical of any Wendys. Store is old and in desperate need of remodel. Known for a mass shooting. many years ago (2008) Often very busy here due to its location. Newer Wendy's a few miles away is so much nicer and never busy."

"This place definitely needs a change in franchisee/owner. First off, this place still has the styling of the 90s restaurants which is obviously a rare site these days. They don't have anyone wiping down tables and everything is sticky. Fighting with me over coupons! Classic chicken sandwich and spicy chicken sandwich is the exact same price but apparently can't substitute one for the other. Then she tells me I can't get strawberry lemonade. At least they have a Coca-Cola freestyle machine right? Well out of the over 100 flavors they are supposed to have only five were working today. Finally, my wife and her mom go to the bathroom and come straight out telling me that the whole place is disgusting. Hopefully someone from corporate reads this and steps in because this place is an embarrassment."

"The manager Florence (only know because someone else had to tell me her name) just in case that’s not her name she is the black skin tone female woth I believe red hair was super rude because I was asking a question about getting the buy one one get one free chicken sandwich and she kept saying ‘I don’t know the app’ and when I asked if I was going to get it since it’s on my receipt and she got more frustrated and raised her voice. I very politely told her that no one is raising there voice so I don’t know why she is. Then I asked for her name and she knew she was wrong so she ignored me after the 3-4th time me asking she says ‘I don’t have to give you anything’ very rude. This place needs better managers or better training. The other lady working the front I wish I knew her name she is white or Latin I’m not sure but she was super nice and tried to calm the situation"
