"Great gym! Different then a traditional gym but definitely a great switch up for me. Options to do Fit (more weights) or HIIT (more cardio) high energy workouts that offer a timed circuit with great music to keep you in a zone! There is also a trainer there to help with any questions or modifications you need. I definitely recommend this gym. Sandra is one of the best trainers there and very helpful. All of the trainers I’ve meet so far are also great. They are all helpful in different ways. Definitely give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed!"
