"First I ordered pizza online which they charged me three times for and the site said pizza would be ready in 20 min. Second I had my daughter pick up the pizza at your location on Southern Blvd she got there food was on order told her there was an hour and a half wait time for the pizza’s so my daughter asked for a refund because she had to get back home to take the kids trick or treating so NO PIZZA’S no one ate.. THANKS!! Third I called three times to get my refund for the PIZZA’S they gave me a complete run around!! NEVER GOT MY REFUND BACK!! Thanks again!! I wouldn’t advise any one to ever eat at this Pizza Hut!! Terrible customer service!!"

"Disgusting!! There were dead flies on the counter when my husband went to pick up the pizza. Pizza wasn't cooked well done like we ordered it (threw it out) Ordered their Philly pizza melt. Got there found out they didn't have steak (They said they called) had to wait for the buffalo chicken. Just a bad experience all the way around."
