"Sometimes I work in this area and when I do we go to this McDonald's for lunch, this is the only McDonald's I've ever been to where their food is consistently fresh made to order, the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to the staff is very polite and professional I wish all McDonald's were like this!"
"Decent McDonald’s that always is a hit for our kids. We like to grab a small ice cream and fries after school on hot days. The kids like to hit the indoor play place to burn some of that energy off as well."
"The lack of customer service since covid is concerning. I have worked for McDonald's prior to covid and we always greeting customers in the dining room as a rule of thumb. Now they look at you and ignore you. Some of the people who work there are great and always acknowledge the guests. They need to get back to their standards of excellence and start going back to service like it should be and training these kids how to properly serve customers. They are getting paid more now than ever and the service is horrible. Do better with training your staff."
"Very disappointed in this location. I ordered a 10pc nugget meal large and my fries were cold, as well as the nuggets, and I received the wrong sauce. When I went back in I asked for it remade (kindly), seconds later I heard “OHH MY GODD >:(” from the cook in the kitchen out of frustration after I saw the lady go back to tell him what had happened. Very hostile environment. I just ended up walking out unfortunately."
