"Jaid was super friendly and helpful, we got crew car and the FBO is very comfy, has many amenities like a pilot lounge, coffee, tablet/phone charging station, etc."
"Pretty disappointed with the policies at this FBO. Line guys where nice and attentive. We came in at 7pm to do a charter departing 11pm. Our crew was hoping to get a crew car to go get dinner while we wait. For what ever reason they have a policy that they won't let the crew cars go out after 7pm. Terrible way to treat your customers that get 800 gallons of fuel and spend thousands of dollars with you."
"Great Flight school. Well organized and managed by Pam, good instructors, high safety standards and a reasonable fleet of well equipped G1000 airplanes. The airport is very friendly for pattern work but also has some interesting IFR approaches. And by the way: the flight school has a simulator that makes approach practice so much cheaper."
"Must be one of the friendliest FBO's in the state. The ground crew were very professional marshalling us in which was a great help, especially when you're unsure of where to park. The fuel truck was extremely quick in getting to us. The receptionist in the FBO (I think her name was Rachel but I may be wrong), was so lovely and accommodating. The FBO itself has snacks and refreshments, and a pilots lounge. Crew cars are available, although you must be over 25 to drive them. There is a fee, however, this is wiped if you spend a minimum on fuel. I spent $130 on fuel and that was enough to wipe the charge."
"Jay was an incredible pilot and teacher and explained functionality of air speed indicator, altimeter, ground speed, nav instruments very well. . He gave me control of the Cessna 172N when we were over the sweet water air space and taught me to bank to the left and right properly."
