"I love the concept of this place! You grab a piece of paper depending on the sandwich you’re getting, mark everything you want in it, then pay and wait for your sandwich to arrive. It removes the hassle of having to explain every topping to the cashier. I like the color scheme of the black and yellow, and the service there is good. They make sure everyone’s comfortable inside. The sandwiches themselves are great. I really enjoyed my Philly Cheesteak with American cheese. However, They had a specialty flavor of Mountain Dew and it was out of stock, my only major complaint. Otherwise, this is a great place to eat!"

"I want to say how incredible the service was today. It was my first time in and I was quickly asked if I had been before. The employee guided me through the menu I wish I caught his name because he has excellent customer service he was also helping a newer employee encouraging him and guiding him through the process. It was a great experience and Yummmy! kudos to the excellent service it is hard to find nowadays and small acts go a long way I will certainly be back!"
"When you first come in you look at the menu then you pick either the FAVES or BYO bag. Select what you want then hand it to the sandwich makers. The sandwiches are very tasty and service is great."
"Customer service was awesome. Place was nice and clean and i got a nice 'souvenir' cup. But the actual food was really generic and bland. Wouldn't come here again cause the food is just not that good for the price."
