"Once again the door says lobby opens at 6 Am. It's 6:40 Am and the doors are locked and was told they won't let me in until 7am. Not to mention the drive thru has absolutely no one in it. Everyone that works here just standing around talking to each other inside. Highly upset. Again will have to go to work without eating therefore won't get to eat until about 5pm tonight. I understand being short staffed but it's not like the drive thru was busy at all there was no one. Basically they just don't want to do their job. Like normal at this location. Employees always have attitudes. Most of the time the order is messed up too. GET BETTER Customer service!!!"
"Both restrooms in the restaurant were out of order. Super crazy. Like what if kids have to use the restroom?? This should be a TOP priority for your store! I know from morning to night your EMPLOYEES has to use the restroom at some point! Unlock them restrooms and stop playin"
"WORST McDonald’s I’ve never been to! Food sucked, service was awful, and atmosphere is dirty and falling apart!"
"At the speaker while taking our order, we were cut off, with the total, so we added our hot fudge sundae at the window, where the women never even responded, or really cared to say anything but the total to us. Got to second window, where they gave us my fish filet, which has the smallest price of cheese I’ve ever seen, & had us pull up for the ice cream. We got the hot fudge sundae, to be completely disappointed! Where’s the hot fudge part?! To increase the prices so much a continuously make the food quality worse & worse, is the reason we really don’t eat McDonalds anymore! The few times we do go, it’s literally worse & worse! It would just be nice to get what is advertised, get what we pay for, and have the kind of employees who actually care what’s being handed out the drive through. Not trying to be a Karen but man it just happens literally every time I’ve been to this McDonalds. Serving the food you would want served to you, is the best place to start if anyone actually cares how this store is ran."
