"KFC/Taco Bell off Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Tampa: Service through the window was terrible. Had 2 people on the com box talking over each other, couldn't hear the answers to my questions so they would get upset with me when I would ask to repeat that. Then I had to ask for a spoon for mashed potatoes, was given attitude. then asked for butter and honey for my biscuit. The girl at the window told me with an attitude "Theres already butter and honey in there." Closed the window. I checked three 3 after parking to check my order. Still no butter. Found 6 pks of honey, though. Was not a nice visit for a mom and 6 yr old $35 for 3 tacos, a kids 4-6 peice nugget, and a 3 peice with a biscuit and mashed. Lady told me on the com it was $20 for a 4 piece chicken tender meal!!! What! The pieces aren't even that big!"

"It's strange that establishments like this even let people dine inside. Everything is obviously set up for mobile orders and drive-thru at this point and the tables are not cleaned with any regularity. Furthermore, the possibility of diners inside the restaurant forces the owners of these places to loop bad pop music and torture their employees for no good reason. Decorations were fun, food was sustaining, but the experience of dining in a place like this in 2023 is confusing."

"They had me park because it was 20 minute wait on hot wings that was fine. However it took 41 minutes to get my order and people who came in after were served before we were! I understand people make mistakes but the manager and two other workers interacted with us about our order neither one of them took the time to apologize or try to make the situation right. Because of this poor display of customer service and poor communication will never patronize this restaurant again!"

"09/24/23 at approximately 12:37pm at KFC/Taco bell on Armenia Ave Tampa Fl. My experience was literally hell. The staff cursed me out while I was looking at the menu at drive thru and a employee asked me how can they help me and I was still looking at the menu literally getting ready to tell her that I was still looking at the menu and before I could get it out she asked me the same question again but yelled it out to me extremely rude and I’ve never ever been talked to like that at a fast food or restaurant ever. I was so upset and frustrated and I told her that she didn’t need to be rude and she even got me out of my character because I gave her exactly what she gave to me and the another gets on the microphone speaker in I am assuming it’s the manager and I also assume that it’s a black lady like myself from the tone of her voice she gets to cursing me out like a dog and she started talking about my momma in everything, it was crazy. She told me that I can’t place in order into leave and I was so hungry and craving some Taco Bell/KFC right at that moment. I’ll NEVER ORDER HERE EVER AGAIN UNTIL YOU GUYS GET COMPLETELY NEW STAFF WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY UNTIL THEN ILL GO ELSE WHERE"
