"This location was so trashed. I had a mobile order. I stood in the drive-thru with nobody answering me for about 7 minutes. Then I pulled up to the window. Nobody was there. I went to the second window. Two guys are just sitting on their phones. The manager is hustling and not looking at me not acknowledging me. I'm beeping my horn until the point I just left. Hopefully I get my money back. This is trash"

"Went to this McDonald's and I went through the drive-thru I'm currently leaving there now and online says it's open 24 hours for the drive-thru and no one ever even said anything so I went to the window and I blew the horn it was a lady there doing the trash can and she didn't even look back"

"I ordered online and ordered a bunch of good for breakfast for my husband, and my parents, they got everything on point except one sandwich, I contact their customer service website and provided all the information that they need just so I can get a refund for one sandwich that was missing. And they said they won't be able to give me a refund for their mistake. Plus the lady that handed me the food acted like I was inconveniencing her! What in the world, this is the last time I'll be ordering from here. Do better next time."

"This McDonalds is sure to disappoint!!! It’s on my way to work and every time I frequent this location is the same. I do an online order in to expedite the adventure. That makes absolutely no difference. There are basically three choices 1. Go inside, 2. Drive thru, 3. Order / park. I want the drive thru. But ever time ………… I’m asked to park. If I wanted that method I would park and order. Many times there is no one behind me, absolutely no vehicle in sight. Still they insist on making me park. It’s about their service timer. I’m in a large truck and the parking makes it very difficult for me to back out. Last week I told them I’d rather take a refund. The order was done online. I got refunded approx $2.00 extra dollars. The two dbl cheese burgers were ready at the window. I asked for a glass of water. How about some service????? Really….. this location would rather lose money and not take care of the customer!!! Went to the location on Lambright / Dale Mabry. They made two extra dollars that the first place lost. On a side note….. got point for both orders!!! Had a free burger later that afternoon…… on McDonald’s number 1 after the points!!! Moral of this situation…… management is rude, and would rather lose money. I give the the other location a thumbs up. They handle business."
