"10/10 you have to try this food truck!!! We tried a smoked chicken sandwhich and it was hands down the best chicken sandwhich I’ve ever had. The truffle Mac n cheese actually melts in your mouth. Owner is super friendly and gave us some tastings of his freshly made sauces which were to die for. He was located at Two Shepard’s dog bar!"

And they are doing so with specially curated flavors executed perfectly with no shortcuts. "Ive been religiously going to Brisket Shoppe, let me tell you this is the best Brisket in the tampa area. I highly highly recommend trying. We ordered a half pound and received well over a half pound. All the employees were overly nice, checking up on us multiple times. Only good things to say, will be back! UPDATE: Got the cookie. Forgot to take a picture before we dug in. AMAZING!!! UPDATE 2: They purely can’t and don’t miss!"

"My husband found this place on a whim using Yelp and it was 100% worth! Great portions and the flavors are out of this world. We got the Dino rib and brisket sandwich. The Dino ribs flavor along with the veggies was amazing. My husband doesn’t even eat veggies and he was in love with the okra. I love the fact that he separates the bread from the brisket, because the bread doesn’t get soggy, If you’re taking it to go. The meat was so juicy and cooked to perfection. Plus the flavors of the natural me in the seasoning or just done perfectly. The cornbread is so buttery and delicious too. My husband couldn’t stop raving about the food while eating and said it was so freaking delicious! Brian, the owner, you are doing an amazing job and we will be back!"
