"Booked this daycare for three days through Bright Horizons for my three year old, as I was visiting from another state. On the last day when I went to pick up my kid, the assistant director asked me to wait saying they need to speak with director as they need to check if any other last day formalities had to be done. This was a bit surprising as all paperwork was done and everything was paid for. We were waiting there for 30 minutes and the kids were getting restless and hungry. The assistant director was actually lying about calling the director as the assistant director had actually called the cops on me. Those geniuses at the daycare thought I was drunk. Which was surprising as I was having a proper conversation and walking around normally for 30 minutes. Considering the fact that I never drink alcohol, I was surprised when the cop mention that he was called because the assistant director thought I was drunk. The cop determined in less than 5 seconds the I was not drunk and we were on our way. My kid was not only hungry when we were detained by the assistant director against our will, but he was traumatised to see the cops take his father away. When the cop cleared us to go that assistant director just stood there dumbfounded, absolutely no apologies offered. Wonder if the assistant director treated me this way due to my national origin or the colour of my skin? I would not recommend this daycare to anyone."

"I LOVE this center. My daughter has flourished in her class. She loves her teachers and begs to go to class every day. They send photos and give you updates about their activities throughout the day. I'm so happy with the staff and the security. I am thankful to have found this center and to know I can drop my daughter off and she is safe and loved."

"This center is the excellent place for your children. From the day my grandson was enrolled to now, they have played a very important role is him receiving the care and services he needs. Once I explained his past situation to the Director, Gabriel, she assured me that he would not be pushed to the side and overlooked because of his needs. I have received the referrals needed for continued services, evaluations and testing with their help. Gabriel and his teacher, Ms. Dawn, have really helped him adjust and be successful. "My twins enrolled in Nov 2020 after leaving a horrible experience at a head start program and then my oldest enrolled in Jan 2021. My twins went from not wanting to go into any school setting to begging to go back each day at Childcare Network!! All of the staff make them feel welcome and loved. My children are comfortable with the staff and management they have interacted with since enrolling. Which makes this one happy Mama!! My children are encouraged to explore the environment, they make independent choices & I truly feel that my children’s interests and ideas are respected and reflected. There are always displays of what my children are doing and learning, along with items sent home. My children look forward to attending daily! I would and do recommend this Childcare Network location (#148) for anyone looking to place their littles!"
