"EDITED: I wanted to try a class (when they first opened) while I was in Destin but I was taking class and teaching closeby and the owner didn't like that so they blocked me (on all social media without warning) from taking class. My friend was supposed to do an event there but it was clear from the studios actions that I would not be welcome. My friend didn't end up using the space. I like supporting local businesses but unfortunately, I won't ever try to support a business who goes out of their way to restrict and exclude people from taking yoga classes which was my personal experience. From my time in the panhandle I know there's a ton of great studios in the area, though, who are all so welcoming from Navarre to 30A! There's also a ton of independent practitioners who do awesome events, too!"

"A beautiful space in the heart of Destin to relax into a mesmerizing sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls and other beautiful sound vibrations. Scott is amazing! If you’re visiting and want to get a little sweaty and move your body, this is where you want to go for a hot power flow, warm/hot vinyasa, dynamic stretch, warm beginners or Hot 26.
