"If 0 stars could be given, I would have done so. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Within 4 hours of day 1, I knew my money was wasted. The instructor was not professional, enthusiastic or seemed genuinely interested in the success of the students. The instructor would review the skill and then have a seat at the desk where she would stay on her phone. She provided no critical feedback other than a slight glance while the skill was being performed. Had I returned to the class following lunch, I would have wasted the remainder of the day. This course would have never properly prepared me for the state board exam. I now see why they offer no refund. Please save your money and go to a better training facility where you will receive proper training and be better prepared for the exam."

"The CNA class instructor Janica is absolutely amazing the place is even open to you after your class to even practice for your test. I passed my test first try because I studied the skills and Janica taught me right. Every class feels like a friendly environment where by the end of the class the whole group is a big family. You get your class done quick and easy and a good price. And after your class there open on weekdays from 8 to 4 all for practice but call before coming in just in case there is a class going on. Highly recommend!!!"

"After reading some of the other reviews, I was a little apprehensive about taking the phlebotomy course. I'm so glad I did, though! Kristi is a wonderful instructor and her class was very laid back and fun! If you're looking for a fast, fun and efficient way to become certified in phlebotomy, look no further!"
