The Left Bank Bistro

"I have dined at Left Bank Bistro for the last 5 years and have always had an incredible experience. The food is high quality and beautifully presented, the drink menu is always unique and flavorful, they have a wonderful variety of wines, and this is one of my favorite places to go for an espresso martini. I am gluten free and they have always been very welcoming and accommodating for my gluten free requests. For the escargot appetizer, they even toasted some gluten free bread to substitute for the pastry puff which was a step beyond what most other restaurants will do for a gluten free request. It was a nice added touch and appreciated. The staff has always been very professional, knowledgeable and classy. The owner is very friendly and sweet as she seems to make an intentional point to check in with guests to make sure they are happy with their experience. The ambiance is always lovely whether it’s a brunch, lunch, or dinner experience. I have dined both on the outside back patio, inside the main restaurant, in the side nook room, and also in the enclosed front porch area. Each area is unique and a lovely experience. Thursday nights feature a small jazz group that plays with the perfect volume so that you can still enjoy a conversation. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this restaurant. We are lucky to have it as a local gem."

"Menu looks great! I was with a large group with a limited menu, so a bit hard to judge the overall menu. Our food was very excellent, however mum’s coq au vin a bit tough. Loved my salad. Desserts were stellar! Hoping to return to try the onion tart and other Cordon Bleu items on the menu."

"Had my birthday dinner here. Hostess was very rude when we arrived. After we where seated took ten minutes before they arrived at our table. They had little knowledge of the menu and seemed to be bothered by our questions. Food was delicious and beautifully presented."
