"This place is a joke. Doesn’t care about children and can’t seem to get back with anyone. If you go out of your way to speak to someone in person, they just lie."
"They never answer the phone... especially when the driver misses your child and you try to call someone to pick them up. This leads to your child missing education for that day unless you can get someone to pick up your child to take them for you, if you are at work! The school "does not deal with transportation". I have never heard of such a thing!! So if transportation doesn't answer, and the school doesn't get involved with transportation, then who is the one caring to make sure your child gets on the bus to get their education! Effective communication between school and transportation is essential! Schools should have a walkie (or something) to always be in touch with transporatation and visa versa. Revamp your OLD ways, and get people in there to ANSWER the calls of concerned parents and create a modern way of effective communication..."
"These people NEVER answer the phone. I was given 3 different numbers, not including the one listed online which makes FOUR, and STILL can not reach these people nor do they return phone calls. Horrible service"
"Why is sta wasting my tax dollars . pick children up at front door service . this child is not handicap nor is it a handicap bus. You can't do it for one and not the rest. They to pick up and drop off at the bus pick up point. This is bus # 675 / 520 now"
