"They can’t get to bus stops on time, some days they just don’t show up. Their excuses are that they are “shorthanded” or the information to other drivers was misconstrued. I wish Santa Rosa County school district would stop privatizing the transportation department to the lowest bidder and take the responsibility back and hold people accountable for their actions."

"First day of school, bus is 27 minutes late so far and we’re still waiting. Some people actually have to get to work, if this is a premonition of the way the bus routes are being handled, it’s pathetic. No one will pick up and it sends you straight to a recording when you try and contact the transportation office. Can’t get the site for bus locations off the recording because they it so fast. They need a place at school where parents can drop kids off early if this is how it’s being run. Again it’s pathetic."

"If I could give this place a worse review I could. I'm a new student at Santa Rosa county and I'm trying to find my bus number so I could go to school tomorrow. I've been trying for 3 days and I've been getting the work around for these past 3 days. No one is helping me I keep getting hung up on or sent to someone's personal phone number. The "app" that they use only works if you know the bus number which is what I'm trying to do but no one is telling me."

"If I could put -5 stars, I would. The office staff are a joke! They are trying to make me walk 2 elementary school kids 23 minutes just to get to their bus stop!!!!! That's insane! They didn't pick up the phone for about an hour and then when they did, the office staff was extremely rude! Now that we are trying to call again to find out if we can get a closer stop, they are not answering, or answering and hanging up right away! They all need to be fired. Absolutely childish!! I will be reporting them to the county!!!!"

"The bus drivers are great but their office staff leaves something to be desired. After calling trying to get info on possibly getting the bus to turn around in my yard a very rude lady gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me she isnt worried about changing bus stops the first week of school shes focused on getting children on the bus that need to be there... before hanging up on her I told her I was not being rude and just wanted to get information. I have had issues in the past that other staff have worked to resolve but this lady left a very bad impression. Oh and let's not forget that the elementary and high school buses both use my yard as a turn around. Mr. Crane himself came out and inspected my yard to make sure it was a safe turn around spot. Definitely not happy with the way I was treated today."
