"I had my baby here in September and I wish I would’ve left a review sooner so I could remember everyone’s name and be able to acknowledge all of the amazing nurses. I chose to come to this hospital because my last two deliveries at a different hospital were just awful! I was induced and it was simply one of the best days of my life! "I got my gallbladder removed at this hospital and had nothing short of a great experience. I was really scared of having a bad experience and becoming traumatized because having surgery puts you in a vulnerable position. But those fears were not needed, everyone was so kind. All of the nurses were so sweet. I can’t remember my nurses names, but I want all of them to know that they are always in my heart. I could not have had a better experience. Thank you so much to all the nurses that work so hard every day, even when you are tired, understaffed, or underpaid. You are so special and made a huge difference in my life. The nurses were amazing, attentive, caring, empathetic, one nurse in particular Francheska left a lot to say, I will never forget her service, she showed what empathy and Care should look like. The Dr. Nurses and staff were great. Food service needs a bit of improvement service wise, one Of the staff members was rude but overall the care I received was amazing. I am happy I picked UCF vs other hospitals around. Would recommend this hospital."
