Jersey Mike's Subs

"This was my first time in Jersey Mike and from the moment we walked I could tell I would love it. The staff greeted us with smiles and welcomed us in then made special request subs for both my daughters and even our cute little name tags on each sandwhich for us. We will be back for sure."

"This is our favorite location of all the Jersey Mikes we have ever visited. The staff are all really friendly, helpful, pleasant and always get orders right. The management is doing a great job. We see the young guy training the younger people every Tuesday night when we go there. We eat here iften just because the staff is amazing. The subs are always the best too!"

"So I realize that Jersey Mike’s is more expensive than other sandwich places and I’m going to tell you why I don’t mind paying. I came in at about 730 last night, and I saw one young lady sweeping and cleaning. When we entered the building the entire team put on gloves and made our sandwiches. Not three employees in the back while one did all the work, not a manager sitting around, while one employee makes a sandwich and cashes everybody out. Unlike some of the neighboring fast food establishments, there isn’t food, trash and debris sitting everywhere. They keep their workspace neat, clean and orderly in addition to keeping the dining room up to spec. Of course the sandwiches are delicious but it’s not hard to make a delicious sandwich with fresh meat, bread and cheese. The reason I will return to this establishment is because the guy who is the manager or supervisor runs a tight ship. I have never had a problem there I have never had to complain to my wife that the atmosphere looks dirty, we have never been given attitude, we have never felt like we have other restaurants where we feel like just ordering food is a burden to who is serving us. There is a running joke in our family where we say to each other. “Do we want to go to Jersey Mike’s?” And we all laugh about how we can’t afford it but we still go anyways! The point of the inside joke is that our family is willing to pay the premium for a clean atmosphere, polite and clean employees and not being treated like a prisoner of war for having the audacity to come and get a sub when it wasn’t busy. Thanks Jersey Mikes of Largo. I was on the fence about Jersey Mike’s as a company, but you have made me a repeat customer. Kudos to the owner for putting somebody in a position authority who runs the place properly, at least from the customer point of view. Also, thank you for not staffing the place with only one or two employees even though it isn’t busy."
