"I ordered the moe meat moe cheese bowl, and it hardly had any cheese on the thing. I asked for extra cheese, and the idiot hardly put any cheese on it. I guess that's what you get when your ordering from someone who has a hook thru thier nose."
"can I give no stars? No chips.... lol every meal gives free chips.... no chips... ordered regular queso and chili con queso didn't get that either even though I ordered with my rewards... food was cooked the day before wasn't even fresh aka guacamole was brown lol I'm not dumb when fresh avocado is "fresh". Honestly tried calling the corporate number and no one answers. Dont try calling this store cause no one answers. Telling me a company doesn't care is obviously this answer. At this point go the Chipotle that actually give you "fresh" food and actually give you the right order lol."
"Ordered online and when I showed up to pick it up it wasn't ready, I then waited 40 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be ready before finally getting it. There was also a constant beeping that was super annoying. They were also out of salsa. The people were at least nice and they tried there best including giving the chips earlier while I waited, but there was no salsa with them so..."
"This is like a knock off chipotle only the pricing is about the same. Food was okay only the steak looked like it was not fully cooked to me. I didn’t fully eat it and it tasted like rubber to me you can tell it was faster cooked and not grilled. So 18 dollars down the drain thank you"
