"I ordered through that mobile app and didn't get my food. Called this place to ask where it was and some teen is cracking up laughing in th background when i say my order didn't arrive then the manager is repeatedly calling me "sweetie", "honey", and "baby" when i told them the delivery never made it to me, insisting I'm wrong. I don't have the food.. How can i have proof that there isn't food when there ISN'T food? My deliverer affiliated with taco bell stopped somewhere else and didn't bring me the food then marked it as delivered. They refused to refund calling me "honey" and hung up."
"My rating is based on trying the new grilled cheese nachos fires. I paid almost 6 bucks and I can count on my many fires I had on my hand the proportion of food was very small."
"my worst experience ever, i pull up to the drive-thru and the guy goes “welcome to the boys and girls club of orlando”.. then aggressively screams my order back at me and repeats it an unnecessary amount of times. then when i go to get my food they try to not give me half my order and after i point it out the guy slams the window shut as i try to ask for sauce. i wish i could day this wasn’t true cause i am just as shocked. i’d rather go to another location than nearly get verbally assaulted."
"Come here all the time, drive through staff is always chill and have never had any issues with my order. Line was long tonight, as expected, so I decided to go inside. Started placing my order on the kiosk (this is at 11:30 at night) and after 5 minutes of standing there making my order, homeboy behind the counter goes “Sir! Nope! You can’t place an order through the kiosk!” And tells me I have to get into the drive through line. The man needs to work on his approach because he did not have to break the silence of the building with a tone as if i was about to hit the “launch nuke” button or, the team needs to put some kind of note on the kiosks giving you a heads up not to use them so to not waste anyone’s time."
