"Wow, just wow. Never have I ever waited so damn long for a “fast food order”. At this point it doesn’t even matter if the food is good… once I placed my order I must’ve waited about 30 minutes for my food. Absolutely ridiculous. The worst part? The lady had our food ready about 10 mins prior but just set it on the counter and didn’t tell us. Horrible customer service and a disgrace to the term “fast food.”"
