Smashburger

"Just ok. What I did like was the expo style service. You can see them cooking and the food is served as soon as it comes up, so it was nice and hot. I ordered the BBQ bacon Dbl, rosemary tots, and brussels. Sides cooked perfectly. The burger was ok to me though, nothing extraordinary, nothing memorable, just ok. Patties a bit thin and cooked too much for my liking somewhat dry. The sauce was light too. The sides were prety good, fair size portion. The overall cost was fair for what I ordered too. Other things that weren't fantastic is the layout inside the dining room, super high cellings, freezing AC, and so loud. A group of guys were sitting right in the middle of the dining room talking at a pretty decent volume and due to the high ceiling and industrial interior it felt like an echo chamber inside a refrigerator. Im an avg size man if im freezing, every one was freezing. I went outside to eat because it was too uncomfortable inside. Overall rating C. Not good enough to return in my opinion. Service was good, friendly, and efficient. But its a burger joint and the burger has to be on point."

"Drive to Waterford lakes instead. A smash burger is not a fat burger. The onion rings were not a crispy brown, the were a dark chocolate brown color. Make me wonder if the oil was old. Overall disappointed."

"We ordered two burgers and a salad, first thing that happened was that the salad order wasn't even entered initially. Then when the salad actually came, many of the leaves was rotton!!! That's actually insane and I've never seen it happened. Just get the burgers I guess, although with this kind of health guideline I don't know if I trust what I just ate."

"I’ll let the pictures do the talking. Waited 30 minutes for this. disgusted with what I walked away with! Will never come back to this location. And if you’re wondering, I didn’t ask for extra tomatoes. Not sure if this was a joke or what but for nearly a $10 burger, they really have to improve the food quality and service."

"First time eating at Smashburger, I can say that the selection and combination of ingredients on their menu make it attractive. But I agree with several reviews that their customer service leaves a lot to be said. Upon arrival, both the kitchen employees and the cashier were all sitting at a table without showing interest that there were customers at the counter, after reading the entire menu and selecting our meals we started looking for someone to take our order, already in At that point when the cashier showed up we were wondering whether to continue or leave. We decided to stay and try the Brisket burgers and the other with Avocado, accompanied by the tots with rosmery and sweet potatoes. The burgers were good but the avocado burger bun was cold and the tots had a lot of fat but good flavor with a touch of herbs. The food is brought to your table, immediately after preparing it. There weren't many people but it was unfortunate to see dirty tables with trays and toilets in the same way. I would not return to this location but I would give this franchise another chance with better customer service, real supervision of their employees and standards of care. Ordering online is probably the best way to enjoy your meal."
