Sonic Drive-In

"This used to be a really good place for a quick easy fast food meal. The restaurant was not busy, only 2 other customers, & it still took them over 5 minutes to answer the speaker. The food came out relatively quick, but the server just dropped the bag & was back inside before we could verify our food. Of course we were missing an item. When the next person came out (looked like a manager) I said we were short a corn dog. She said “it’s in the fryer”. I said “you couldn’t tell me that when you brought the food?”(I should have worded it differently) She very rudely said , I didn’t bring the food, & went back in. I’ve never been so happy to not put my tip on the card. I had cash ready for a tip (for good service) I didn’t get good service & got a snippy reply, so I kept my cash. Both corn dogs were cold, so I doubt one was in a fryer…. The tots were also cold & tasted old. We were hoping to get dessert items after we ate, but decided not to due to slow service, rude employees, & trying to cheat us out of what we paid for. We will not be back."

"I ordered food from this location and when I received my order there were a few things missing and when I confronted it they said that they for sure packed the food correctly I work at a food industry and the difference in customer service is insane, kamal and Robert told me how they can’t do anything about all the stuff I was missing because apparently they packed it but I wouldn’t be wasting my time calling if it was there they gave me attitude and hung up the phone when I wasn’t finished talking the disrespect I received when on the phone with them was mind blowing. Very unhappy with this order."

"I placed a mobile order for one item and made the order almost ten minutes before my arrival. As soon as I arrived I immediately notified the restaurant of my arrival through the app and I still had to wait over 10 minutes for my shake. I could have used my Kitchen Aid mixer and made a homemade milkshake in the amount of time it took them to dispense the ice cream from a machine and add toppings. All I can say is you get a free lesson in patience along with every order because whether you like it or not you will certainly need a little patience."

"This was my very first time going to sonics this weekend and I just have to say that I'm thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and the quality of the food! I was pretty hesitant to go to Sonic at first but I took a chance and was more than satisfied with the outcome. I will definitely be coming back here in the near future as Sonic is a place that has some wonderful food and refreshing drinks. On top of the wonderful and unique experience they provide.
