"When you order a $40 custom cake at this location and they mispell the name on top and the filling, there's nothing they will do for you aside from a sundae coupon. As if it was my fault. My wife sat there and didn't even eat the birthday cake. It was upsetting. Aside from this tragedy, this entire DQ is a shame. The employees all wear different clothing. Nobody acknowledges you at the front counter until they finally realize you are there. The blizzards are not mixed through fully and the bottom half is always just plain vanilla ice cream. The manager would be best in a non human facing role. The employees eat lunch at dining tables and are roudy. I love ice cream and DQ but I am going to need to drive to a further one instead."

"Today we picked up my birthday cake from here. On top of spelling my name wrong—despite having them confirm the spelling twice—when we cut into it the flavor was wrong. We brought it back to the shop immediately after the party—which was now the third time today because they had to fix the name after we got home and realized. The general manager wouldn't acknowledge that they even made an error and would not do anything to remedy it. She actually had the audacity to be annoyed with us because she already had to fix the misspelling of my name earlier. She said they weren't allowed to do refunds or give gift cards. She did give my husband two coupons for a sundae after arguing with him for ten minutes about how there was nothing she could do. I marched back in and said that's not an acceptable response to messing up my birthday cake today. She refused to speak to me so l had to say this to her back as she ignored me. We are at a loss. I didn’t even eat a slice myself because I was so disappointed. I've never experienced customer service like this before. Not even an apology. We love Dairy Queen, but we will not be supporting this particular location any longer."

"This is the Dairy Queen side salad for a combo meal paid $0.99 extra for thos salad apparently we pay for the container because I failed to see salad in this container. Stale lettuce...plus paid $.20 for Lettuce in sandwich and $.20 extra for Lettuce ... is this a joke... what a rip off!!!"

"This is my daughter's favorite place. The onion rings are spectacular, they are always crisp and fresh. the ice creams are super concentrated and have a great flavor, I recommend all the flavors !!! I love this"
