"The person who took and prepared my order was efficient and very kind. However, SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WORKING THERE! I could tell she was exhausted and doing everything alone. Horrible Burger King! This is human exploitation! How is this legal? Boycotting."

"This store is hiring only 2 employees same person got the payment and left ti make sandwiches and she gave us the order on the 2nd window. This not the first time to happen in the same store. Order came good but I feel that this store is abusing employees. She was running inside trying to make us satisfied she obviously needs help. You guys need to hire someone else"

"I went through the drive thru coming from work today. And for the second time I made two orders and both orders were wrong. It happens all the time! Very unproffessional in customer service. I ORDERED TWO WHOPPERS AND WAS GIVEN TO JR. WHOPPERS, UNFORTUNATELY BY THE TIME I NOTICED I WAS TO FAR TO RETURN, however i am so tiered of this service errors that im no longer inclined to buy there again. Its a shame that now a days there are no good management that would ensure that customers are treated according to what you pay. This burger king has so many young work that don't care on what they are doing. They lost me as a customer."

"I'm sure that people have good experiences here... however mine was not. I placed my order in the drive thru asked for no tomatoes on my meals and was told my total and to drive up. I paid for my meals at the first window. The cashier asked if I wanted my receipt and I said yes. I noticed that only one burger said no tomatoes so at the second window I asked if both meals were without tomatoes and the girl at that second window seemed like my question bothered her so very much that she took the bag back and closed the window on me only after rolling her eyes with a deep sigh as if I had asked for something out of this world. Once my order was corrected she opened the window handed me a bag and closed they window again rolling her eyes at me. I was unaware that asking for a modification at a place that says I can have it my way would have been anything that upsetting. I went inside to speak with a manager about it...but man I really think I'll take my business from the king and take it over to the clowns house. Here's to hoping the owners of the restaurant address the issue with their unhappy employee who is making them lose customers/money. So much for having it my way...guess I'll go to a place where they want their customers to love it...Ronald McDonald's."

"Undercooked and overcooked. Old, disgusting food. I went through the drive-through for breakfast, but they told me they were only serving people inside the restaurant, for whatever reason. Parked and in I go… I got a sausage, egg and cheese croissant that was so old that the top layer of the croissant stuck to the paper it was wrapped in, with more cheese on the wrapper than on the sandwich. Also got French toast sticks, and they were undercooked. They’re frozen, you throw them in oil for a specific time, beeper goes off, dump sticks. How can anyone get this wrong? Garbage! Aside from the poorly prepared food, the customer service is obsolete. Don’t even expect the bare minimum basic “hello” or a “thank you”. Wow."
