"The food was okay and the atmosphere is fine you are inside the airport so it is chill. The customer service is horrible!!! The two young women employees were blah. You would ask them a question and they would barely respond, damn near whisper then you have to keep asking to repeat again. And when you are unclear of what they are saying they have the ordasity to turn to each other and give this look as if they want to say something derogatory about the customer. It doesn't take much to be courteous to customers. Maybe they should consider a job outside of servicing the public."
"Incredibly tasty! I had the orange chicken and black pepper chicken. Both were full of flavor and piping hot/fresh. I’m a Panda Express loyalist but actually found Chao to be a notch above in quality, quantity and flavor (especially their lo mein)."
"Worst Asian food. Especially the meats. We had 3 different meats. The bourbon chicken was ok. All others bland and tasteless."
"I got fried rice chow men, Bourbon chicken and orange chicken for & $13.80 after tax, I was kinda surprised how good it was from some bad reviews. I guess I wen to 7pm dinner rush, and it was some line and probably that’s why food was fresh? Bourbon chicken taste awesome as well as orange chicken. Fried rice has flavor and chow men was also good. I liked it a lot and I’m Asian so I’m picky about it but my experience was positive. Probably avoid week day or not busy time so I assume food might not be fresh."
