Chipotle Mexican Grill

"This Chipotle routinely makes pickup orders 20-45 minutes late. The last two times I've been in over 15 people were waiting for their food, while way more team members helped people in line. I've been told the app tells you 15 minutes even if they have a huge line already. That's completely unfair to people who are grabbing pickup orders while they're working and even worse for food delivery drivers who don't get compensated for the wait. Even more alarming, I heard from some team members that they don't allow team members to take breaks and force them to come in on their day off. It's so heartbreaking to see the employees, who are clearly working hard, subjected to this kind of inhumane treatment. I've reported them multiple times, but the owners don't seem to be monitoring the situation at all. I urge you to avoid this restaurant until Chipotle decides to address its unethical behavior."

"This location is god-awful. I ordered online via the Chipotle app, spent nearly $15 on a bowl with extra steak and did not get the extra steak or about 5 other ingredients that I had paid for. When I arrived to the store, there was a sign on the door listing off everything that they were out of stock in. I asked the employee at the front if my order had been affected, just to get a “I don’t remember your order”. I wasn’t assuming her to remember. I was wondering if to-go orders were also affected by the huge shortage supply of most recipes. Essentially, I paid nearly $15 for a portion of white rice, beans, and some pieces of steak. I had paid for extra, but didn’t even get the regular amount. Attempted to get a refund through the app. Was offered 2 free sodas instead. Ugh. It really is just always something at this location."

"Place needs to be maintained better. It seems they need to hire more people. Dinning area is a mess, drink station is a disaster and there was a mystery fluid in the fork dispenser. Chipotle corporate needs to visit this location and make a change."

"Ordered online and I made sure to ask for essentially extra rice beans lettuce sour cream and cheese when I checked it wasn't extra so I asked them to just add it and she straight up told me they made it correctly and didn't wanna add the extra to it even though it's on rhe order. They seem like they don't wanna do their job so I won't be wasting my money here anymore."

"If there was 0 star that would have been my answer. This place is the worst chipotle I have ever been. The worst part is there are so many bad reviews regarding this location but no upper management care to respond or address the situation. There are no customer service. They all look like they don't want to be there. The cashier Claudia was rude, disconnected and disturbed to even take my order. Embrace yourself this isn't nothing yet. I ordered 3 chicken bowls and asked the cashier for two sauces for each bowl. At first she didn't give me any sauce then when I asked she told me she can only give me 3 for all 3 bowls she will need to charge me for the extras. While asking her if she can please ask her manager for an exception since I have three bowls; Francisco Rivera, the manager, rudely retorted there is no exception, you will need to pay for them. I then politely asked for a refund. Francisco just grabbed from my hands the bag with the three bowls of food and threw it in the garbage. I was standing there in shock trying to understand why would a manager throw away food for $30.51 instead of giving the customer three extra sauces that probably cost $1.50. Francisco and Claudia stood there not feeling any remorse for creating a bad customer experience over a simple matter that could have easily been fixed. If you don't want to be treated as if coming to the restaurant to pay your hard earn money bother them, don't go to that Chipotle location."
