Burger King

"Absolutely disgusting. These are supposed to be flame broiled and they gave me soaking wet burger meat. Literally where did all that moisture come from?"

"This Burger King should be shut down like the surrounding ones. It’s never a pleasant experience when we visit. Twice me and my coworkers have pulled up to the speaker and been told, “our system isn’t working right now so we can’t take any orders”. Such an inconvenience and all in a months time frame, and once the cashier got our order wrong after we repeated it several times and once she finally got it right she still put the wrong food in the bag and double charged us so we ended up having to go back after work because no one would answer the phones. Then when we went back she didn’t even apologize. Just said. “So that’s all you needed was a refund?” We won’t be coming back here and I hope other people follow suit because this place is terrible. Every Burger King I have been too has been a wreck, so they should just close them all."

"I highly recommend not to consider coming to this Burger King, cause I went there last night and I had the worst customer service ever, I tried to explain that they messed up my order last time and the manager at the window wouldn't even let me talk. She kept interrupted me and ask why didnt I come back to return the order.I just home after work with my food, you think I would go back out after a 9hrs shift in the hospital, plus they did not give me a receipt so I had no proof for last time.I called the store but they told me they have no phone. Last night, I had to get out of my car to get my order cause they making it fresh instead of them coming out of store to give it to me like they are suppose to.The people here are very rude and they give the worst customer service.I will not return this Burger King ever."

"My fiancé insisted we write a review, but I usually avoid this Burger King because a bad experience I had a few months back but after returning here today 11/25/2023 at around 5pm there was a very polite guy that assisted us in drive thru, genuinely appreciate his customer service today and was quick at bringing the food out. Like my fiancé stated, the gentlemen definitely deserves a raise. Food was definitely even fresh and delicious. Will be returning again, Thank you :)"

"I hadn't eaten Burger King in a long time so I decided to return and I have got to say I was pleased. I wasn't starving so I went with the Whopper Jr. meal and it was the perfect size. The soda machines having so many different options is always a huge bonus. I liked all of the Halloween decorations and the cashier was really nice. If you like Burger King, this place is exactly what you expect."
