"The beef Thai Volcano Special was amazing!! We had amazing service and the food was brought out promptly! We received free apple tea, grapes, strawberries, plantain & taro chips with cookies and it was all so yummy! If I didn’t live in Clearwater I’d be a regular here! The staff was so friendly and made sure to come and check on us to see how everything was. Thank you Thai Island!!"

"The staffs and the owner are really nice. Food was okay. Thai tea was overly sweet for me. Portion is smaller than usual"

"Such a cute local restaurant. It's run by this very lovely old couple who make the best and authentic Thai food. The old lady is also very sassy and has some favorites in the menu which are absolute bangers. Service might be bit slow because it's just the old couple making the food but the wait is completely worth it. 100% recommend."

"Small restaurant with excellent food. We shared the fishcakes, which are made in house and they were delicious. I went for Pork Drunken Noodles and they came out excellent. Spicy chicken Drunken Noodles were delish as well. The Thai iced tea was too bitter for my taste. The restaurant needs a good cleaning, very dusty, walls need washing as well. Will be visiting back for more!"

"Very disappointing Thai restaurant. First of all, the "cheese bikinis" are just crab rangoon. The "tulip dumplings" are shrimp dumplings that you usually find at dim sum, not the traditional Thai shrimp dumplings. Also, these shrimp dumplings definitely came out of a frozen bag. The panang curry tasted like it was made from coconut milk that had expired, and I barely took a couple bites before stopping in fear of food poisoning. The yellow curry my friend didn't taste good as well. The only decent dishes we had were the chicken satay and the drunken noodles. When we went, it seems like there was only one server there, and they were quickly overwhelmed when other people came for dinner and takeout orders. Prices are reasonable, but I won't be back. There are much better options for Thai food in Orlando."
