"Just left from this location. Despite the fact that the employees were joking around I proceed to order my food and the register when I asked for an additional order I was told “ you should of ask me then for everything together since is an inconvenience for me and a waist of my time”. In complete this believe, never again. No sense of customer service and or respect to the customer. Very rude and incomprensible when I was there to consume a product. The food was cold and the bread was old too. 0/10"

"I order , a sub and chips. They forget to put the chips in my bag. They don't put no napkins. I call them. They say they can't do nothing about it. To call -door dash to get a refund? the girl says I'm sorry we too busy and I forgot what an excuse that aint no professionalism at all."

"Awful presentation! It Is a shame for the owner of the franchise that allows employees, and supervisor to prepared such awful sandwiches for the clients. I complained about the presentation and instead of accepting their wrong doing, the supervisor blamed the delivery service. Unbelievable! I never buy from 4518 Semoran Blvd for that reason, I always go to the one at Lee Vista, but for some reason Subway app sent the orders to that Semoran store, never again!"

"*****5 STARS ***** This is a GOOD Subway Restaurant. Ignore the bad reviews. I came to this subway on Friday close to 5 o’clock rush-hour. The store was busy, I had minimal wait time. The staff here are friendly and efficient, the food is fresh and my order was correct. The dining room area was clean. There were several people sitting at the tables and enjoying their meals. There is plenty of parking available with easy access to this Subway."
