"Not the first time that I tried to buy on this location and they don’t have enough staff to provide proper service. Right at lunchtime today and tried to order, but was told I had to wait 20-30 minutes for the burgers because she was the only one and the helper was coming in 30 minutes. My word to the owner is to please close the restaurant if you can’t provide proper service. Will not waste my time at this location anymore!"
"I stopped there to get some crystal burgers in the morning. And after eating the first one I threw the rest away. It seemed like they were there for several hours. They were not fresh. And I am a big fan of crystals. I really like the burgers but these were horrible"
"Update. 11:40 pm 11/29/2023. The young lady that took my order and brought me out my food was something I have never experienced at a Krystal before. She was prompt attentive and made my experience amazing. When her fellow employee put my foot in the warmer and walked away she took control and got my food to me right away. She then corrected her co worker on the proper way to serve food and handled the situation absolutely perfect."
"Landed at MCO and was starving, so ended up going to this Krystal on the way back to Jacksonville. I had the most amazing customer service experience with the manager Dominic! It was 1 in the morning, I was exhausted, and he was enthusiastic, efficient, and the food was perfect! I got the 24 Krystal pack. Highly recommend Dominic and this location!"
"Food is always hit or miss here. Got here 8am and Krystals weren't fresh Old and re heated. Buns and meat hard on edges and burgers just thrown together. This has been the case more than once. But usually when I get to go, I guess they figure they can get away with it then . Fries were hot and fresh however. And price for the 4 Krystal meal went up $3!!!!"
