"I see why this place gets 1 star, and I think if there was a sign for horrendous, people would click that. I went yesterday and waited literally 5 minutes, and gave up cause noone acknowledge. And this afternoon I went back and its like they don't care. Here I am making payment and the chick was more interested in what the other two people had to eat then to pay attention to the customer she was serving. I asked for ketchup and mayo, got no one, my wraps were just thrown together and I didnt even get a receipt. Take some pride in you r job people."
"The fries were cold. They got my order completely wrong I ask for a double whopper only ketchup pickles and cheese. They gave me a single whopper with everything on the sandwich. How hard is it to read a screen and follow directions?"
"I have visited this new location twice and sat at the drive-through speaker for over five minutes and never get acknowledged to pull up and witness employees inside goofing off I drove off. Nice uniform."
"Terrible service. Went there at 11:45pm on Saturday when their website and sign on door says they close at midnight. Waited in the drive-thru for 5 minutes and they would not answer so we drove around to the window where we could see the employees they looked at us and then purposely turned away to ignore us. I honk the horn and the so-called manager came to the window very rudely and told us they will not serve us as they are closed at this time it was only 11:50 10 minutes before they're still supposed to close. I then said you guys are not supposed to close for another 10 minutes and the guy said not my problem and slammed the window."
"I keep giving Burger King a chance and time after time, just like that lying boyfriend I had in highschool, they mess it up every single time. No matter which Burger King I go to, no matter in which city, chances are very likely I'll be disappointed. Seriously, would you eat this?"
