"I'm going to stop going here. Every single time I go, I have regrets! Good rated a 1 star because how would I know what it tastes like? Haven't eat all day and need something to now? Don't bother with the drive threw here. Ordered a bowl and a coleslaw. They gave me no way to eat it. You couldn't spring for the foon or spork? The meal was useless without it and I'll remain hungry until I can get home in another few hours. Hopefully my blood sugar doesn't drop too low. Thanks for nothing."

"I ordered the eight-piece chicken meal for $26.99. he gave me my total of 29 something and it's kind of caught off-guard by that . I thought maybe the tax went up significantly. I got the receipt only to see that the price went up to $27.49. I spoke to the manager and he said that they must have just went up the $0.50 that day. I told him that it's false advertisement if he kept the price of $26.99 on the board. He was very nice about it and said he would take it down and put the correct price up. If corporate sees this I would like you to know that you need to let your managers know that the price goes up before any customers see the difference. I should not have had to call and let him know that there was a price difference."
"here you can count the times that I have been given the chicken in good condition. they always give it old, reheated or they prepare them in old oil. Apart from that they take a long time to give the food"
"Horrible, consistently! I went there today at 2:50 the doors are locked, and there’s a girl standing in the doorway on her cellphone. I asked, is there a reason the lobby is closed and I can’t order food now. No answer, or explanation, she just walked away. It seems like this way below standard is the norm for this restaurant. No one offers you any type of explanation, wich at least would be the bear minimum of customer service. It’s a bad look for KFC. For such a corporate operation you’d think this would’ve been nipped in the bud a long time ago since it’s been going on for quite a while now. Consistently Horrible!!!!!!"
