"From out of state on a business trip, wanted to grab a last meal before going to bed and drive a 16 hour trip tomorrow, asked for no ketchup and no tomato because my husband is allergic and extra cheese, got charged $3 for the cheese that was NOT put on it and 3 slices of tomato and ketchup on both whoppers. Thanks for nothing."

"I approached the drive thru just sitting there for a while 5mins waiting for my order to be taken. I would like to know why it’s 6:17am on my watch and nobody is at the drive thru window or not even answering? MOST BURGER KINGS IN ORLANDO IS TERRIBLE FOR NO REASON. I am so sick and tired of it. It doesn’t make any sense at all. McDonald’s across the street from it are very prompt. And this is one of the reasons why McDonald’s will always rule over Burger King."
"Just ordered dine in and the woman who took my order was very nice but the man that called my order number shouldn't work in food service. I asked him for a sweet and sour sauce and his response was "$0.27"... that's low even for fast food. I would give 0 stars even I could for him alone."
"Enjoyed our meal- plenty of parking. A little challenging to get access because of the busy intersection. There’s an entry on Orange Ave and Sandlake road as well. Just the newer placed median makes you go down the road a bit. We have visited here for many years and we’ve had fresh food. The service was good. Food was made well and enjoyable."
