"I read the reviews about the brisket before my trip and I just had to try it. The brisket had incredible flavor and the coleslaw complimented it very nicely. I would have tried a dessert crepe but was too full!"

"Hands down, best meal in the park.See the last 3 sentences for the only reason this is not 5 starThe fruit crepes are quite tasty as well as the street corn. But if you can only get one ,it has to be the brisket. It may sound a bit odd, but the combination of sweet and savory has to be tried, But there is one issue, it's limited on how many they can make at a time. They're made while you watch,so it's very fresh. But at peak times,may be waiting 45 minutes or more. My suggestion for the reader is go at off times for the shortest wait,and Universal, add capacity please. Capacity and wait time is the only reason this did not get 5 stars."

"After a busy day at the park, this was a nice place to get a snack. We tried the strawberry banana hazelnut crepe. There is a bit of wait as each one is hand made but it was made very well. Just enough fruits on the inside and the crepe was nice and thin. Next time, I would love to try their savory crepes. I liked that there was a small seating area across from the stand where you can sit and eat the crepe."

"The crepes here were SPECTACULAR! Got the strawberry hazelnut, smoked brisket, and the pork carnitas, and all 3 were so savory and flavourful! They do take a good 20-30 min to make, but if you have time and you're in that area of the park, I highly recommend them!"

"I want to scare you away from going here so I don’t have to wait in line as long, but no joke, the crepes from this place are ranked in my top 10 meals… EVER. They are huge, made right in front of you, and just absolutely perfect. Highly recommend the Brisket crepe, it’s the best meal in the whole park. The bath berry is also awesome, even if you aren’t vegan. Rounding off the top 3 is the strawberry Nutella. Go. GO NOW."
