"Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The quesadillas were completely burnt. Even the spicy potato soft tacos were horrible. We asked for fire sauce and we got hot sauce. We asked if she can put fire sauce instead and she said “no”. When we asked why she can’t do it, she said “it is what it is”. BTW, There was lots of fire sauce behind the counter she just didn’t want to give it to us."
"Customer service is usually pretty good....however they seem to not understand customized orders. If I ask for something I expect to get it. Last two times they have screwed my order up. Had to toss my food. Food cost too much for workers to keep f-ing it up."
"last two times I came there wasn't a clean table to sit, floors dirty, and ice machine has a sticker that says it hasn't been cleaned for 3 years. I love some taco bell but cleanliness is a big deal in food service."
"There is not stuffing inside and bean are pretty dry, probably 1 day old. Lady is very nice and courteous, looks she is only person working without any help(don't want to put her condition but she should have help ). It's a tourist place but minimum standards has yo be maintained . I understand taco bell do not care as it huge chain but I gave to write review."
