"Ordered number one with diet cola. There are two pickup windows, and thinking I was an intelligent person, went to the second window. I mean, how does the second window get a customer if I'm at the first? Go around? Anyway, looked like they gave my order to the car behind me, and I got someone else's. Drove around to the order microphone, explained the situation, and they were all confused. Not a good setup, unless I have it all wrong..."
"When we waked in we waited at the register for about 10 minutes and nobody came out. when we caught a person clocking out, she turned around and mocked us. don’t recommend this mcdonald’s, they have bad attitude and they can’t even do their job right."
"Usually this McDonalds is decent, specifically after the remodel the service has improved and the drive thru thieves that used to scan your credit card and create a duplicate are gone. This morning was a huge miss though, receiving a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese that’s missing the most essential part….not eating the Bacon your fine dining establishment serves up to the public might help reduce my sodium intake, but I still wanted it in my sandwich. Usually when people pay for stuff, the want the stuff they paid for to be as advertised. 4/2/23 @ 6am"
"9-25-2022 Once again your outstanding employee Christina saves the day with a great attitude and customer service. One year ago Let's face it it's McDonald's it's not fine dinning so there is no way it should get 5 stars. They even messed up my order and put onions on my burger when I said no onions. But the you lady at the counter who rang me up, I believe her name was Christina was so polite and so professional something that is lacking in our young people, I just had to give 5 stars. Good for you McDonald's on hiring this young lady. Please hire more like her and train them like you have her."
