"It seems that all experiences at any McDonald’s is the same. The quality of food is the same everywhere. There are hardly any employees so there’s generally a little wait for your food and when you do get your food it’s rushed to you but again it’s McDonald’s you get what you pay for"

"I’ll keep it simple, normally I order through the app and pick-up. Today I had a special order that required going to the counter. I was wished luck by another customer at the counter who seemed to be disgruntled as well. I proceeded to be ignored at the counter for 10 minutes straight. 2 managers looked me in my face with eye contact and continued to not acknowledge me. I watched them ignore another customer at the counter and when they did acknowledge there was a lot of unwarranted attitude. I understand that people have there issues at work but this was totally unacceptable. If you don’t like it there, the. Your mental health should take precedents and you should find somewhere else to work. I know, easier said than done but still. Needless to say, I didn’t order and I won’t be returning unfortunately. They put a bad taste in my mouth today. (no pun intended)."

"This is an update on my review of this location and it's safe to say that customer service has gone completely out of the window. Even the manager boldly made an excuse for it today. The woman working the window gave me my food and closed the window while looking at me. I wasn't sure what was going on with her because she didn't say anything. The manager asked me did I get my drinks because I was still there looking and said have a good day when the employee opened the window again. I told the manager that I was simply saying have a good day because the woman working the window did not say anything. The manager told me that's because she doesn't speak English, and I told the manager it doesn't hurt to help them learn how to be courteous and say have a good day. By the way, the cashier at the first window didn't say anything either, after taking my order in English. If they're able to train them on everything else they should be able to train them on proper customer service and how to be courteous. If she isn't willing to learn how to speak English to the point of simply saying have a good day which this has nothing to do with her speaking Spanish primarily, then why put her on the window? She could have said have a nice day in Spanish, at least it would have shown an effort but I'm giving the store this rating because that was a poor excuse and with the increased prices at McDonald's the least they can do is say have a nice day."

"Not a bad spot. The staff was friendly. Very quiet and soft spoken but friendly. Inside dining area was clean. Outside was clean and well maintained. The restrooms needed some attention. The most disappointing thing of all was they ran out of breakfast burritos! Ugh!! Oh well, it happens."

"We had a great experience at that location, the kids like the food and the staff were very serviable..The frozen drinks were great especially the sprite lemonade. The store was clean, outside and inside.The bathroom were ok and I wish they have paper towel instead of the hand air dryer. I also Liked the attraction brochures for those visiting Florida. It’s always good to see big corporation supporting small and local businesses."
