You had 1 waitress running the restaurant her name is Nicky she did an amazing job by herself but to understaff your restaurant as a manger isn’t good management. She was hosting the door, getting pick up orders and taking on the walk ins all by her self with the cook. Give her a raise. She’s a good worker"
