Fig's Prime

"This place is just okay. Like some others have said the service is lacking. We were a table for two they sat us at a table for 4 and they left all the dishes and glasses for 4 people. We ordered a ribeye and a filet they were okay but not drop dead delicious like you would expect from a steakhouse with this rating. It took 30 minutes to get a drink, 45 minutes to place our order and an hour and 10 minutes to finally get it. Dirty dishes were left on the table with us, just really strange and not an experience I would have expected. Maybe it was an off night."

"For a finer dining restaurant, where the average person will spend over $50 each easily, they don't go out of their way to please, but my food, the 3 times I've been here, was excellent. I've enjoyed the rack of lamb ($53) that comes with mashed potatoes and asparagus (no substitutions at all). Other meals come with mixed veggies which should be an option for people that don't like asparagus. Not a great business model for customer service. Their water is tap and smells and tastes horrible! You're almost forced to buy bottled. Come on Figs, serve filtered water. The flat bread was over cooked, but decent for $13, maybe a bit expensive IMO. My meal, with included tip and no alcohol $82. Atmosphere is classy, clean and trendy. Service is above average, but didn't get many smiles or apologies for them not willing to budge on the menu. I'd eat here again and recommend it, but still think there's room for improvement...to earn a perfect rating. Portions are generous. We were here for a birthday, group of 12. No complimentary dessert for your birthday though! Kids chicken fingers and fries were well liked by a 4 year old...and a huge portion."

"If you want a sophisticated dinner but want to avoid downtown Orlando traffic... Let me tell you about Figs Prime restaurant. We have all probably driven next to it at some time or another. This upscale hidden gem is a must. The service is superb, and the food is delicious with an extensive wine menu and specialty cocktails. I am very happy to make several returns and special occasions place."

"We arrived for our 32nd anniversary. We were greeted and seated early. Atmosphere and ambiance was so relaxing! Staff were superb! Food, drinks, service all 100% excellence! Definitely will recommend. We were visiting from out of town but would definitely return for another dinner next time in town!
