"I do not like the dark brew coffee. I came in at 4 PM asked if they. Could brew some light roast but was told they were not allowed to after 2 PM Funny other Panera restaurants will do it. Also Dark Roast is out . I have been waiting 15 minutes for coffee!"

"This was probably one of the best Panera experiences I’ve ever had. Although this location does not have a drive-through, which I was disappointed about they definitely made up for it and customer service. Everybody that I interacted with was very pleasant and I really appreciate their service."
"Employees are very immature and unprofessional. I ordered a meal for takeout. Got home and they accidentally gave me mac & cheese instead of soup. I drove back. Went to the counter where all four employees were standing there talking to each other. When I told him what happened he responded by saying oh I got you. Gave me the soup did not apologize for the inconvenience they were pretty much standing there laughing. Management definitely needs to enforce basic customer service skills."
"Absolutely horrible! We've been here twice in the past month and twice they have failed miserably! 1st time did a to go order of chicken and rice soup (yes just one item) and got broccoli cheese soup. Sucks when you are already home and find out they screwed your order. Shame on me I guess for not checking. Tried giving them a second chance tonight. Ordered the same soup again and they were out of baguette bread. Asked to get a different kind of bread and was told no, that I could only substitute for chips or yogurt?! Your name is Panera Bread, but yet I can't get bread with my soup. Great job guys! Guess I'll have to go to the Altamonte location where I know I'll get the right soup and a piece of bread!"
