"they took my order and i paid and everything and waited over an hour and my order wasn’t even ready. i went up and asked about my order an hour in and my order hasn’t even started yet after 40 minutes. worst taco bell experience ever never come here. also people came in after and had there order taken after me and had there food before mine, i got 1 burrito and 2 quesadilla are you kidding me??? it took around 1:30 i cant believe this service and the workers there, i understand it’s late and stuff but come on. AGIAN NEVER COME HERE."

"Went to drive thru, was asked to wait one moment. Waited THIRTY FIVE minutes in an EMPTY drive thru line for them to acknowledge us on the intercom and the lady had a huge attitude. I had ready order 40 minutes prior to this via the mobile app. Once I got to the window, we waited an additional 10 minutes for her to shove our food out the window. We would've left if we hadn't already ordered and paid in the app. Would never go here again."

"They always put the order ready on the app and it’s not. They made me wait 1 HOUR for a tortilla with queso and one burrito. The answer was we are delayed. Everyone waiting inside at least 40 minutes. When I tried to cancel of course you don’t have the choice and customer service is only leave a message that nobody ever responds. I’m going to dispute this charge on my card I don’t care if is only a dollar or 50 im tired of them doing this all the time with the phrase we are delayed and nothing else. So shady they marked the order ready on the app also…"

"Food took far too long. Was cold, missed the extra fries I'd asked for, the sauce packets were the wrong ones, didn't get the sauce I asked for. Even the Mountain Dew lacked color and flavor. As a food industry expert it felt like they just wanted to get the order out of the way cause it's clearly on the ticket, it's just a matter of corroborating. The establishment is literally across the street from where I'm currently staying so I know it wasn't the Uber. Even the Uber driver was vocal about how long the order took and how poorly he was treated. I've been eating all over I-Drive since I got here on my vacation and the food has been superb till I wanted Taco Bell. It has literally been the worst food I've eaten since I got here. This area's economy dependant on the tourism that flows by. It's sad that they couldn't get not even a 2 person order right. Never eating there again! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Not surprised at the rating. Should've seen it before..."

"Worst manager and staff I’ve ever met in my life. I walked in and asked if I can order pickup and pick it up in the store and they said I need to be in a car to pick it up on the drive through. I downloaded the app and ordered pick up. I booked an Uber to go to the drive through and they told me they can’t give me my order because drive through is only for DoorDash. What??? 100% Inefficient and unnecessary. On top of that they started to yell at me when I entered the restaurant. It would have been a million times easier to just give me my order when I walked in. Taco Bell do better and fire those ignorants from the night shift (1am) of May 13th and hire people who have more than one neuron."
